The AEI welcomes the opportunity to work with and create university exchange partner programs that allow English language learners the opportunity to have a transformative learning experience immersed in the larger University community. Depending on the program and language level, exchange students in the Intensive English Program (IEP) have limited access to university level courses.
The AEI works directly with home country study abroad offices to support the credit transfer process, mailing AEI transcripts and attendance records at the end of each term.
The AEI does not, however, have access to UO transcripts. Thus, students taking UO courses, need to go into their DUCKWeb accounts and request a UO transcript separately.
Current IEP partner agreements:
Kobe Shukugawa Gakuin University 神戸夙川学院大学: August 2013 - August 2018
Past IEP partner agreements:
Kansai University: March 2015 through May 2020
Korea Maritime Ocean University 한국해양대학교
The AEI also offers short-term integrated English programs to individuals and groups for beginning through advanced levels. These IEP programs are often offered in tandem with our Sponsored Programs.
* The IEP is a unit of the College of Arts and Sciences. All fee structures are based on non-profit principles and institutional program expenses.
