Students with an approved withdrawal form* will receive a tuition refund as follows:
Before the beginning of classes:	100%
Before the end of the 1st week of classes:	90%
Before the end of the 2nd week of classes:	70%
Before the end of the 3rd week of classes:	60%
Before the end of the 4th week of classes:	50%
No refunds will be made after the 4th week of classes.
*Withdrawals are only approved in clear cases of emergency, such as a death in the family or serious illness. Students who withdraw must return to their home countries immediately; remaining in the United States will result in the loss of your legal Department of Homeland Security student status.

 

NOTES

Nonrefundable Application Fees: All application fees for the AEI Intensive English Program and AEI Homestay Program are nonrefundable (no money back) .

 

Homestay Program Refund Policy: Students who enter the Homestay Program commit to living with their host family for one full term (10 weeks). Students who move out of their host family's home before the end of the term will be charged a $225 cancellation fee.
